
Landon Bahl
A proud North Dakotan with a lifelong commitment to enterprise and community, Landon Bahl has built his career at the intersection of leadership, development, and disciplined capital. A graduate of the University of North Dakota’s College of Business, where he earned degrees in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Sport Business, Landon began his professional path leading hospitality and development ventures across multiple states before returning home to Grand Forks. As Vice President and COO of 322 Hospitality Group, he managed a diverse portfolio of restaurants, franchise operations, event venues, commercial buildings, and a #1 Marriott Hotel, guiding more than 250 employees and numerous projects from concept to execution.
Today, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alluvium Equity, Landon brings that same operational precision and regional insight to private equity. His work bridges investment, real estate, and economic development, focusing on durable enterprises that strengthen the fabric of North Dakota’s economy. In addition to his role at Alluvium, Landon serves in the North Dakota House of Representatives for District 17, where he champions initiatives in workforce development, innovation, and business growth, reflecting his belief that sustainable prosperity begins with responsible stewardship.
